BUSINESS PORTRAIT SESSION POLICY

1. **Appointment Scheduling**: Business portraits must be booked at least one week in advance through our website booking system to ensure availability and proper preparation.

2. **Cancellation Policy**: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the tips and policy section of our website for detailed cancellation policy information.

3. **Session Duration**: Portrait sessions are available in 1-hour or 2-hour durations.

4. **Number of Outfits**: For 1-hour sessions, clients may wear one outfit, while 2-hour sessions allow for two outfits to be worn.

5. **Number of Final Images**: Clients will receive 12 final images for 1-hour sessions and 18-20 final images for 2-hour sessions.

6. **Editing and Retouching Limitations**: Each portrait package includes standard editing and retouching. Additional editing or retouching beyond the standard limit will incur an additional charge. One revision is included in the package.

7. **Delivery Timeline**: Final images will be delivered within 7-9 days following the portrait session.

8. **Client Cooperation**: Clients are expected to arrive punctually and prepared for the portrait session. Please ensure proper grooming and attire before the session begins. We do not offer makeup or any aesthetic products or services.

9. **Payment Terms**: Full payment for portrait sessions must be made upfront through our invoicing service upon confirmation of the booking.

10. **Usage Rights**: Clients have limited usage rights for personal and professional use of the final images. Distribution to third parties or commercial use requires prior permission. Please refer to the tips and policy section of our website for detailed information regarding usage rights.

11. **Refund Policy**: Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframe according to our cancellation policy as outlined in the tips and policy section of our website. Once the portrait session has been completed and the photos have been edited, no refunds will be issued.
